Return Policy
- All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by ARC Components, Inc. All products in retail boxes are subject to manufacturer's warranty and the manufacturer must be contacted directly in order to obtain a (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Before returning any product to ARC Components, Inc. An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be obtained by contacting ARC Components, Inc. using one of the contact methods following "Contact Us" link.
- RMA number will be issued within 2 business day, after receiving the request.
- In order to expedite issuing an RMA number, please have your drive/part model number, serial number, and invoice number in front of you when calling our office.
- The warranty period starts from the original purchase date.
- RMA number is valid for 15 day only, after 15 days period os over, a new RMA number must be obtained.
- Credits, refunds, or replacements will be issued within the first 30 days of purchase.
- After 30 days of purchase period is over, the product with RMA number will be accepted for replacement, ONLY if it is found defective.
- Returns for credit or refund are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- The RMA number must be displayed on the outside of the shipping package before shipping.
- Products returned without an RMA number on the outside of the shipping package will be refused.
- For all Defective Product returns, the customer prepays return shipping.
ARC Components, Inc. will pay freight to the Customer.
- ARC Components, Inc. will pay for the freight when shipping items back to the customer.
- All drives must be packed in anti-static bags and packaged in the original packaging.
- If original packaging is no longer available, contact ARC Components, Inc. for authorization of use pre-approved packaging by ARC Components, Inc.
- Poor Packaging may void the warranty.
- The warranty will be voided on any products returned to ARC Components, Inc that is visibly altered, physically damaged, misused, repaired, modified, or if the serial number and/or warranty stickers are not intact or do not match RMA request.
- If your package was damaged in shipping, notify the carrier upon delivery and contact ARC Components, Inc. within 24 hrs from the time delivery was made. Please have the tracking number handy before calling our office.
- Purchases made after an item has been discounted or of items listed under the "Specials" category may not be eligible for return. Please verify the status of the item with your sales associate at the time of purchase.
- Shipping charge is never refundable.
Pricing
- Prices are valid on the date of purchase.
- The Computer Industry has an inherent volatility in pricing. Prices are subject to change.
- All international Orders are Prepayment Wire Transfer Company Check etc. No exceptions.
Restocking Fees
- All refused packages are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges will be deducted from your refund
- If product is returned with the "wrong part was ordered" reason, there is a 20% restocking fee.
- 20% restocking fee will apply for non defective, unopened, or unused items.
